Every business on the platform has been reviewed against our standards for quality, professionalism and reliability. Not every applicant is accepted — we work only with partners we are confident represent Montenegro well.
Selected partners may offer exclusive rates, priority access or added value to Montenegro Select guests. Where available, these are highlighted on the relevant listing.
No. Montenegro Select connects guests with carefully selected, independent businesses across Montenegro.
Your contract is directly with the vendor providing the experience. Montenegro Select acts as the vendor's agent and facilitates discovery, booking and payment on their behalf.
Your booking is with the vendor directly. Montenegro Select, operated by Velocci, acts as the vendor's agent — facilitating the booking and payment on their behalf. Your contract for the experience is with the vendor, not with Montenegro Select.
If you cancel within the cancellation window set by the vendor, any amount paid to Montenegro Select at the time of booking will be refunded to you.
Montenegro Select can only refund the amount the platform received. Any amount paid directly to the vendor is subject to the vendor's own terms and conditions — you will need to recover that directly from them.
If you need to cancel outside the cancellation window due to personal circumstances beyond your control — such as a medical emergency — you can still submit a request. We will work with both you and the vendor to review the situation. However, the final decision on any refund rests with the vendor, in line with their terms and conditions.

Partners must operate legally, maintain high standards of quality and professionalism, and reflect positively on Montenegro as a destination. Additional criteria may apply depending on your business type, location, and demand within your area.
We work with selected providers including boat tours, yacht charters, transfers, car rental, hotels, restaurants, beach clubs, experiences, wellness centres, and gyms. Each application is reviewed individually.
Commission applies only to confirmed bookings generated through Montenegro Select. Our structure is designed to be leaner than large global platforms. Your applicable rate will be agreed and confirmed during onboarding.
For most bookings — such as boat tours, charters and transfers — we collect a deposit online at the time of booking. In most cases this deposit is equal to our commission, meaning you collect the remaining balance directly from the guest on the day.
For certain service types — such as restaurants and beach clubs — we may collect the full payment on your behalf as your agent, and pay out the balance to you minus our commission and any applicable fees.
Payouts are processed on a monthly basis and cover all bookings that have been completed up to the end of that month, provided no dispute has been raised against a booking. The payout amount reflects the total collected, minus the applicable platform commission and any relevant fees. You will receive a payout summary for each cycle.
If a guest fails to show for a booking and a deposit was collected through Montenegro Select, we will confirm the no-show and include the payout in your next applicable cycle. A 10% handling fee is deducted from the deposit amount for no-show cases. For example, if the guest paid a €50 deposit, you would receive €45.
Yes. You retain full control over pricing, availability, booking terms, and targeted offers.
Yes. Partners can create targeted offers to fill slower periods, promote new services, or encourage repeat business. You remain in control of the terms.
Partners are expected to maintain valid licences and documentation, operate safely and professionally, and respond to booking enquiries within agreed timeframes. Ongoing compliance is required to remain within the network.
Yes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate partnerships if agreed standards are not maintained or contractual terms are breached.
No. You remain free to operate on other platforms.
