The partner stays the host
The service is provided by the partner, under their own name and terms. The platform enables it with technology and promotion.
Collection by authorisation
The partner authorises the platform to collect guests' online payments on their behalf.
Taxes and receipts, unchanged
The partner pays taxes and issues fiscal receipts to guests, just as before. That process doesn't change.
Commission with an invoice
For technology and marketing the platform charges a commission and issues the partner an invoice.
